Rascal’s mom passed away and his dad is very ill and no longer able to care for him.  After living with them since he was a puppy, at 8 years old he finds himself homeless and hopeless.  A few advocates stepped up to help Rascal so he didn’t have to go to a shelter.  He is currently living in a foster home.  He is the sweetest little guy.  We are hoping he finds a loving forever home soon.
